Through knowledge transfer and development of planning tools, the STRIDE project aims to provide comprehensive support for regional/local policymakers for the improvement of energy planning. The project carried out regional analyses, developed strategies, action plans, and other tools (methodologies, guidebook, platform) to accelerate the integration of smart grid concepts into regional and local policies. Furthermore, the result of the project is the Methodology for regional analysis, the Guidebook, and the Platform designed to allow the use and application throughout the Danube region. Therefore, the outcomes of the project will represent a high replication value.
